Project Description: The scope of this project is to provide advanced planning through construction for the development of one building for the Department of Administration to be located on the Capitol Complex where the abandoned Kinkead building currently sits. The 100,000 sf building will provide office space for the Department of Administration (DOA) agencies, including the Director’s Office, Administrative Services Enterprise IT Services, Fleet Services Division, Grant Management, Hearings & Appeals, Human Resources, Purchasing, Risk Management, State Library, Archives and Public Records, State Public Works Division, and Victims of Crime with projected growth for the next ten years. The furnishings and equipment have been deferred to the 2019 CIP.
