Project Description: The scope of this project is to provide funding for the design and repair of the damaged stucco on the Red Mountain Building’s exterior. It would also replace damaged windows with energy efficient windows. Replacement windows will be double-pane, high efficiency type with tempered glazing where required by code. Doors and hardware in storefront glazing would be repaired or replaced as necessary. In addition, the existing failing roof system will be replaced with a new single ply roofing system.
