Project Description: The project will design and construct a sanitary sewer line replacement, remodel the staff bathroom, restore sanitary sewer to the archeology lab sink, and cap abandoned fixtures and waste vents in the Lost City Museum. The project scope includes replacement of the site sanitary sewer, complete demolition and remodeling of the staff bathroom, and abandonment of existing fixtures and vents that are releasing sewer gas inside the building. The staff bathroom remodel will also bring the facility up to ADA standards, install a single stall shower, as well as replace the plumbing systems.
