16. Project Description: The scope of work is to replace two vault toiles with one centrally located ADA compliant “Green Toilet” in the existing campground.
17. Project Justification: The current vault toilets are over 50 years old and have exceeded their useful life. The toiles are old and outdated, beginning to deteriorate and they do not meet current ADA standards. Additionally, one of the unit’s location makes it difficult for the pump truck to access when it needs to be pumped. The “Green Flush Toilets” are self-contained units that recycle the sink water for use in flushing the toilets.
