16. Project Description: Add perimeter fencing, access gates, gate activators, perimeter lighting, traffic/stand-off barriers, CCTV, DVR recorders, building access card readers, gate access card readers for all NVARNG sites in order to meet anti-terrorism/force protection (ATFP) standards.
17. Project Justification: This project will bring all NVARNG sites into compliance with ATFP standards for physical and electronic security
