16. Project Description: Replace existing storefront with new. Project to include new door hardware and door closers. Remove and dispose of old materials.
17. Project Justification: Existing storefront is original to the building. It is not energy efficient due to substandard double glazing and hollow framing. Existing storefront is unstable which causes numerous false intruder alarms. Exterior door handles are taped as they get hot during periods when there is direct sunlight.
18. Project Background Information: This project does not appear on any condition analysis report and the issues mentioned are known to B&G maintenance staff.
