16. Project Description: Underground hydronic loop failures require design and replacement of 20 yr old PVC glued joint, in-insulated system, that has no thrust blocks.
17. Project Justification: currently failing system shuts down all building on campus. Existing system is in-insulated PVC with no thrust blocks.
18. Project Background Information: No inspection by Elko County or UNR building departments during original construction. History of winter time leaks with shutdown of multiple building at once.
