16. Project Description: Replace Existing Cold Zone Rooftop compressor rack & condencing unit, & fan coil units in the walk-in units.

Project Justification: Since R22 will no longer be manufactured or imported into the US after December 31, 2019 , and because replacement refrigerant will be very expensive if even found, the intent is to prepare a program (CIP) to fund the replacement of any existing R22 charged equipment with new equipment running on approved refrigerants.
