16. Project Description: Repaint all interior walls in customer service area, lobbies, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, hallways, mechanical and electrical rooms, etc.
17. Project Justification: Condition of paintwork is deteriorating and wall surfaces look grubby. It is thought that the building interior has not be touched up since construction in 2005/6.
18. Project Background Information: Although Public Works Facility Condition Analysis Project lists the paintwork as being in a fair condition, this particular building receives 1,100 plus daily visitors which accelerates the paint degradation.
