16. Project Description: Replace failing riprap retaining wall along the north side of Henderson Armory with a CMU retaining wall.
17. Project Justification: Due to settling and environmental factors the riprap retaining wall has failed causing dirt and other debris to spill-out on to the adjacent roadway.
18. Project Background Information: During rain events loose stone and other debris break loose and poor into the unnamed roadway to the north of the Armory.
