II. Narrative Section 
16. Project Description: Door systems are worn out and lack replacement components in building constructed in 1995. Keep existing frames where possible. Replace door leafs and accessories at approx 26 exterior doors and 60 interior doors.

Project Justification: Each door has worn out parts to include hinges, latches, closures, panic bars, strikes, center mullions, locks, deadbolts, thresholds, kick plates, coordinators, etc. Building over-use shows in 25 year old building. Paving projects have directed water into building along asphalt interfaces.
18. Project Background Information: over use, and paving maintenance have door systems failing.
