16. Project Description: Paint the interior walls and ceilings and remove the wallpaper. Prior to painting, all surfaces should be repaired and adequately prepared to receive the coating. An epoxy-based paint should be utilized in wet areas for durability.

18. Project Background Information: The building is over 20 years old and has not been painted. It is in very poor condition.

This request will paint the entire building. The future plan will be for B&G to schedule regular maintenance on a cyclical basis to maintain the integrity of the structure.
