16. Project Description: The sidewalks at the Elko County Readiness Center (old fire science academy) have deteriorated significantly due to age, climate and substandard concrete. The NVARNG request the removal and replacement of the failing sidewalks located on this campus. NVARNG would also like to request that all fees from the NV SPWD to include project management and inspection be paid for by the state.
