16. Project Description: Remove old loading dock and design and install 2 level loading dock for handling freight, cargo and vehicles being loaded on trucks. Old loading dock constructed in 1995 has sunk and is not at safe level for offload or loading vehicles on flat bed trucks
17. Project Justification: Old loading dock constructed in 1995 has inadequate footing and has sunk in clay substrate and is not at safe level for offload or loading vehicles on flat bed trucks.
