II. Narrative Section
16. Project Description: Add curb and drain inlets with rip rap behind LVRC per Poggemeyer design done with Chandra Bandi in spring 2016.
17. Project Justification: Erosion threatens to erode drainage channel bank. Can not drive heavy equipment for repairs and can't add concrete or rip rap that would reduce designed channel size.
18. Project Background Information: Erosion has got worse over time and we can't control storm water inflows into drainage channel that will undermine concrete parking and metal storage building. Request state appropriate funding for SPWD
19. Mechanical and/or Electrical Equipment Replacement Projects:

19b. Year existing equipment was installed:
19c. Manufacturer of existing equipment:
19d. Model of existing equipment:

Environmental Considerations
20a. Hazardous Materials (Asbestos, Lead Paint, etc.):
20b. Will the site require any hazardous material abatement? No
21. Ramifications if the Project is not Approved (short essay): Erosion will lead to loss of drainage channel sidewalls and concrete parking and metal building.

23c. Has any design work been completed on the proposed project? Yes
23d. What is the latest date this project could be completed without disrupting your program? 2018
23e. What is the driving proposed completion date? Continued erosion and scope creep to handle new degradation of channel. Design is on the shelf at SPWB.
