II. Narrative Section 
16. Project Description: This project would include constructing a roof and two walls at the facilities maintenance shop wash rack. Currently the slab and anchors are in place for this structure. This addition would be attached to the side of the maintenance shop.
17. Project Justification: This project would keep snow and ice off the current wash rack during inclement weather which can be hazardous and extreme at times. The lack of walls and a roof structure is an extreme safety hazard for both staff and inmates who perform work at this part of the facility regularly.
18. Project Background Information: Previously a concrete wash rack pad was constructed with anchors to support walls and a roof structure of this type.
