II. Narrative Section
16. Project Description: Cost effective storage building (40' x 60' Engineered Steel Building) located on SNAMHS parcel NE of Rawson Neal along Jones Blvd.
17. Project Justification: The much needed warehouse and shop space would provide for relocating warehouse/supply and shop activities from Rawson Neal to the proposed 2,400 sf facility. An engineered steel building is a cost effective approach for providing the needed space versus other building material types.
18. Project Background Information: Previous CIP request have had construction materials as being reinforced CMU and an engineered steel "butler building." SNAMHS feels an engineered steel building would suffice.

21. Ramifications if the Project is not Approved (short essay): Rawson Neal would continue to get crowded with supplies which were never fully realized at time of original construction to support Rawson Neal. Further, it would be difficult to re-open the café area at Rawson Neal if supplies can not be relocated off site.
