II. Narrative Section 
16. Project Description: This project replaces 30,000 sf of asphalt in very poor condition at the existing parking lot at the Marjorie Russell Textile Center, under the management of the Nevada State Museum in Carson City.
17. Project Justification: Asphalt is at least 20 years old. It has cracks ranging from one inch to seven inches wide. Openings extend to the subsurface throughout the parking lot. Asphalt is uneven, hazardous, and non compliant with ADA. Irregular surface prevents snow removal.
