II. Narrative Section 
16. Project Description: The project would replace the last of two 1990 Rite Model 48 boilers for heating the building; an AO smith boiler for heating domestic water for showers and sinks and a 250 gallon water heater in the kitchen. The project request is to install a more efficient boiler, possible solar hybrid system, with heat exchangers, new circulation pump system, hydronic base board heaters to heat the building as well as domestic water.
17. Project Justification: Not funding this request will continue use of an inefficient 30 plus year old system being pieced together with the increasing chance of complete failure in the near future.
