16. Project Description: Upgrade existing generator to adequately power the Family Learning Homes during emergency power outages.
17. Project Justification: The current generator is not capable of adequately powering the Family Learning Homes during emergency power outages. When the power goes out, the current generator will only power two receptacles in each home. Vital things like appliances and lighting are not included in the power grid of the current generator because of its capable power generation.
