16. Project Description: Use vacant land to build an additional parking lot.
17. Project Justification: Currently the Agency lacks adequate parking for clients, guests and staff.
18. Project Background Information: The Agency has always been short on available parking spaces. As client caseloads continue to grow, clients at times must circle the parking lot waiting for a space to open making them late for their scheduled appointment. Additionally, as the volume of Children's Mental Health Meetings continue to increase among sister agencies and community partners, there is not enough available parking for staff or clients.
