II. Narrative Section 
1. Project Description: Design parking lot at FETC to include full civil engineering plans. Install pole lights as necesssary now. Full paving and curbing and drainage will occur in a future project. Install new electrical service and transformer to accomodate future expansion at site. Paving profile in design must accomodate track vehicles such as M1 Abrahms tanks and HMMT Fuelers. Staging area will become parking area in future.
2. Project Justification: Need to light vehicle staging area to protect vehicles and equipment being staged for turn in now.
3. Project Background Information: This design and construction can NOT exceed 750K total.

Complex is bursting at seams to meet expanded mission since 1996 construction. No other secure place to store equipment designated fror transfer to other facilities or entities.
