II. Narrative Section 
1. Project Description: Unit 4 requires lock replacement for all cells. Current locks are "head-foot" locks and parts are no longer available for repairs. The control panel in this unit does not need replaced. Unit 4 cells require replacement of distress buttons in all cells. We would add the feature of controlling locks for individual cells from the control booth. Unit 5 requires distress button replacement for all cells. Unit 6 requires replacement of both control panels. Originals were installed in 1987 and still use glass fuses. Unit 6 requires replacement of all distress buttons. The locks in Unit 6 do not need replaced. This project will bring these units into compliance for safety and health requirements.
