Project Justification (Essay)
Project Description: There are two forced air gas furnaces in this facility that have reached the end of their expected life. This project would provide for the removal of the existing units and installation of two new units, including connections to existing duct work and utilities. The existing duct work, diffusers and grills would be cleaned as part of this project.
Project Justification: This project is requested as it is a life/safety issue for persons served, residents, and staff. This project will enable these individuals to have a comfortable environment to reside in.
