II. Narrative Section 
Project Justification (Essay)
Project Description: Scope of work: Replace the older portion of roofing. replace damaged insulation, crickets, curbs, etc. for a complete installation. Provide a 20 year min. warrantee.
Project Justification: Service of a certified roofing contractor is required to identify leak locations and make the appropriate repairs. SPWB has surveyed our roofing and agreed it does leak. Roofing survey was recommended in the Facility Condition Analysis printed in June, 2005. Roof replacement is recommended by SPWB. The cost is SPWB's estimate on the 2012 FMWCC Facility Condition Analysis Report. Requested FY 04-05, FY 08-09, FY 10-11, and FY 12-13.
Project Background Information: $50,000 repairs requested in FY 04-05 and FY 08-09 budgets.

Please describe any health, life safety, and/or legal issues that will be resolved by completing this project (Short Essay): Smoke alarm and light fixture damage has already occurred and will drastically escalate if repairs are not made. Leaks occur throughout the facility causing damage to the structure and equipment as well as creating a health and safey situation.
